You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare, Haircare, and Makeup items) in its original condition, including the original packaging and packing slip, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping charges. Due to health and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare, Hair care, or Makeup items. Please make your selections carefully. Shipping costs incurred for returning items are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Returning Merchandise If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please call customer service at 1-305-298.8702 within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undelivered orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges. Refunds/Store Credit Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
